Just a short video to show a typical tree-making process. We most often use real wood trunks to get the most natural appearance. Trees are built in our facility, then dismantled for shipping and reassembled at the customer's site. Our ability to add branches allow us to create almost any shape or form-factor to fit unusual or challenging spaces.

BIG
When it comes to describing artificial trees, BIG is a relative term. For an apartment dweller it might mean a tree that is 6 feet tall while, if used to camouflage a cell tower, it might mean a tree that is 50 (plus) feet tall. In the parlance of our business, we consider a tree to be BIG if it is taller than what would be appropriate for an average ceiling height of 8-foot. Our BIG trees start at that height (say 7 feet) and go up to about 16 feet tall; i.e., sizes suited to homes with high or vaulted ceilings, business offices, showrooms, lobbies, and other commercial buildings. But…we won’t be hiding any cell towers.
SILK
In years past white SILK was the preferred and most-used material for creating top-quality artificial flowers and foliage. SILK is still occasionally used but it has been largely supplanted by several man-made, synthetic fibers. Today, when we refer to SILK trees, what we’re really talking about are artificial trees with foliage(s) primarily made from polymeric materials such as polyester, PE and PVC. So, the term “SILK trees” is a misnomer and we would be more correct referring to these simulated works of nature as artificial trees, faux trees, fake trees or, even, plastic trees. But, not to worry, we know what you mean and, with today’s technology, compared to SILK the end product is better and so much more realistic than ever before.
TREES
The Wikipedia generalized definition, “a tree is a perennial plant with an elongated stem, or trunk, usually supporting branches and leaves”, is actually a very good description of our BIG SILK TREES. They certainly are perennial; they live forever. They have upward-reaching, elongated stems or trunks, single or multiple. And they are usually finished with leaves or branches, although we have done many leafless TREES (e.g., sand-blasted manzanitas) and TREES crowned with flower blossoms, only. Over the years we have made, probably, two hundred different “varieties” of TREES and at any one time we keep upwards of 30 different types in our repertoire. Our natural replicas are some of the most realistic TREES you’ll find. And, if a more creative look is called for, with a touch of artistic license we can create TREES that are absolutely striking, though maybe not exactly realistic.

our parent company, Dei-ZInz’, LLC.
Dei-Zinz' was founded as a woman-owned business, built on a foundation of prior experience in the live plant nursery business. That experience and a love of nature imbued the owner with a creative vision that continues to show-through in the extremely realistic faux trees now produced every day at Dei-Zinz'.
Our mission is to provide our clients with superior quality products that replicate natural trees as closely as possible. Expansion of our customer base is evidence that we have met that goal. Though this gallery is not inclusive of all the artificial trees made by Dei-Zinz', it does offer a good representation. We show mostly indoor trees but do include some of the (limited) varieties that perform satisfactorily outdoors. Most of these are custom trees, which can be made in any size; we also include some available better quality pre-made trees.
